I do not have the symptoms but can i take albendazole tablet for stomach deworming? Please suggest can it just for precaution ?

Seven years back , I had rectal polyp (tubular Villious andenoma) with high grade dysplasia ,no futher treatment done after succesfully polyp resected , but I do colonoscopy every year. My question how often should do colonoscopy and is there any chance of recurrence .

Facing continues heart burn & feeling burn sensation from stomach to chest then goes to throat issue persist after meal.

Dear doctor, Below are my details Age - 26 Weight - 81 kgs Existing conditions - Small fiber neuropathy Existing medication - Ciplar 10mg for palpitations and duloxetine 10mg for burning sensation. Current issue - Seeing food i ate within 4 hours in poop Details - I have this problem of pooping multiple times a day. Recently I am noticing that whenever I eat beetroot or spinach, they come out in poop within 4 hours. Also, the poop keeps on floating most of the time and doesn't sink. I don't have any abdominal pain but have gas trouble. Not experiencing any weight loss or weakness. Took a stool routine test and stool occult blood test. RBC and Pus cells were 4-6 hpf, bacteria and vegetable cells were present but no presence of occult blood. Kindly advice me whether this is normal.

Is their any vaccinations coming soon or in another 3-4 years for chronic hepatitis b.. that can make hepatitis b hbsag negative ( functional cure ).. or we have to take antivirals only for the rest of our life?? Is Thervac b is actually on trials ??

As a part of routine health check up, my Total Bilirubin came out as 1.16 (0.34 direct & 0.82 indirect), SGPT 26, SG0T 23, GGTP 21.5, ALP 83, Albumin 4.98, Protein 7.90. My Fasting Sugar is 84, No thyroid issues, Cholesterol mildly high at 206, KFT Normal, CBC normal across. Is the bilirubin cause for concern? Kindly advise.

2022 July my husband was diagnosed with pangastiritis , grade 1 gerd and h pylori positive. His only symptom was heavy bloating only. And after diagnosing the doctor prescribed h pylori antibiotics and monrab it medicine. After the treatment the problem was 80% solved. Now since three he has Little bloating after food. But  bloating is not very heavy like  before treatment. But he has bloating.. what should I do ... Should I go with another endoscopy... Or taking monrab it for few days.. Kindly advise me

As i as have already talked to a gastroenterologist, he suggested me to do a endoscopy test. I am attaching the report please let me know what it is.

Complaint about pain in stomach since longer period living at dahod District. He was taking treatment by testing report of endoscopy as well as maintain life by ayurvedic medicine but Feeling better for few days then Complaint about pain in stomach on frequent mode. He is feeling well and better when relaxing not talking much on phone keeping self away from each and every social joyful and sad occassion. He is also not comfort in driving four wheeler so not moving far to outside for relaxing self. What to do or What not to do? Please suggest
