I have been doing a regular LFT Test. The report is coming out to be gradually increasing. Before my Bill(T) was 2 or 3 like this now its showing 6.5. What could be the real problem

Hi doctors i took sigmoidoscopy scan for getting blood in stool and found i have very small fissures and small internal haemorrhoids i took two weeks treatment and it settled for few weeks again i started to get blood in stool like same my poop is not that much hard it came easily only but i saw blood on side of poop what it could be do i need colonoscopy or shall i apply the fissure oinment itself

Past UC and current Srus. Severe stomach pain in below navel sometimes in left side and some times pinching pain in right. Bleeding in stools, recently took tranexa inj. Been taking Tramadol injection for pain and severe vomitings.even after taking zofer injections 2 times a day. Immediately after injections I'm vomitting. Attached ct enterography without contrast report. Will do with contrast tomorrow. Please check .

I m feeling gastric acidity type after eating meals and feeling little upset in upper middle abdominal while pressing since 1 month. I had also avoided fast foods cheese butter spicy etc.. since 2 months and lost weight around 5.5 kg and then little improvement seen but not full. Pls suggest some good medicine or diet.
