After having really heavy food during Holi( nothing from outside though)this week, I started vomiting the same night. The next day vomiting had subsided, but I was dizzy and felt nauseous. The next day I started getting watery stools and it's continued upto today. Frequency of going to the bathroom decreased as I started fasting and drank mainly ors and liquids and ate less. But still the problem of watery stools isn't going away. Haven't taken any medicine till now. Could it be some bacterial or viral infection of the gut?

I consulted a hepatologist for stomach pain. He gave me multiple test. Fibroscan result 5.5 kpa. Ultrasound result is Grade 2 Fatty Liver. LFT report is SGOT 81 and SGPT 199. He prescribed me Spacibile 300 and heplite 400 tablets for 1 month. Is it right approach? Pls tell me. Will this tablets bring down SGPT AND SGOT ?

Sir i am suffering with left side mild Chest pain since 2020. I had consulted cardiologists and gastro enteologists several times. CT angio, 2d echo, tmt and endoscopy done. Calcium score less than 10%. Diagnosed as mild mitral valve prolapse. In endoscopy, it was identified as Lax hiatus antral gastritis. Lot of medicines taken and using till now. Chest pain is going away sometimes and coming again. Kindly advise permanent solution.

I have grade 2 fatty liver in ultrasound. SGOT is 81 and SGPT is 199. Doctor prescribed me Spacibile 300 and Heplite 400 mg. is it right medicine? Will it reduce my SGOT and SGPT? Pls tell me.

H pylori predicted and doctor said i have some infectikn due to hpylori .. i complete antibiotic course for 15 days after 8 month i am feeling same problem. Gastro doctor give ppi for 15 days . Now he add one tablet pregabalin 75mg methylcobalamin 1 tablet at night for 1 month and ppi in morni g.. why he add pregabalin?

Hello I am a 39 years old male having stomach burning sensation for last 3 months on and off. 3 months back I had  a viral fever that lasted for 2 days. After that I had anorexia for 7 days and then burning sensation started. I took 2 weeks course of Sompraz L then it was completely recovered. But again after an interval of  8-10 days I use to feel burning sensation that is gone after taking PPI. other than epigastric burning sensation I dnt have any tenderness or pain over epigastrium, stool colour is normal . What should I do and what may be the cause? Please suggest

I have been getting very frequent bowel movement for the last 5-6 days. It happened after drinking giloy juice, maybe. However, it's been a week already and there's no change. I get a slight stomach ache and urge to poop immediately more than 6-7 times a day and also, nausea. I am eating just khichadi, idli and all, yesterday I had fried food and then I got loose motion in the morning so I took one Vizylac and then it stopped however the frequent bowel movement continues. Please help me out? What is it actually? What should I do?
