I went through a regular check up and found that my SGOT and SGPT are high as per the standard range. So I wanted to discuss the proper diagnosis of this problem.

I have angular chelitis from very long time, When doctor prescribe a course for antibiotics. It becomes okay but comes back again. I'm also suffering from constipation and urine is cloudy. Can you please tell which test shall I go to confirm the infection or bacteria whatever it is?

My Sgpt is 64 and Sgot is 48. I drink alcohol 3-4 times a week. I want to know which medicine i need to improve my liver along with leaving alcohol. Age-33

Hi Feeling dizzy entire day and couldn't even stand up for 5 min at a stretch. Feels like shortness of breath if I had to wake up resting position to move inside home. Stopped driving or going out because of that. Food intake has reduced a lot since a week and stomach hurts with a twisted pain right hand side if I forcibly swallow food. Not taking any spicy food to avoid excess discomfort. I also have gone through Angioplasty twice and under medication for the same. Trachea hurts while swallowing on right hand side or talking. Got treated for abdominal infection with excessive vomitings and loose stools couple of months back. Feels like having stomach issues. Night sleep also has reduced due to discomfort and burbs which at times hurt while having. Please suggest. Sorry for long summary, but I am confused as to whom to consult and what to do. Thanks.

I get pins and needles on my legs nd hands on and off. I don't have diabetes which the sugr test confirmed.. recently i came across that pernicious anemia might be the cause such such b12 deficit.. will b12 deficit due to symptoms of pernicious anaemia be present for a prolonged period of time like pins and needles everyday or will symptoms on and off with the dietary change

I have a constipation issue after normal delivery I experienced fissure after taking laxative painkiller cream nothing work dad by day It makes it worse than my doctor suggested lis surgery after surgery done and  my poop is soft but I can feel the sensation of rectum is not completed after every bowl movement how can I cure this issue permanently and I have some open tear in vegina due to birth it cause this issue or normal

Hi , in my latest abdomen and pelvis ultrasound , I got well defined lesions noted in the segment VII , each measuring 4.0* 3.4 cm and 1.3 * 1.1 cm , have attached reports above ? Is this the thing to worry ?
