If diagnosis with hepatitis b , no liver damage , HBV DNA viral load was 890iu/ml started with antiviral and now its says not detected , fibroscan normal , lft normal , hbsag 2800 , hbeag negative anti hbeag positive.. usg uktra sound normal, EVEN IF VIRAL LOAD IS NOT DETECTED WILL LIVER GET DAMAGE SOONER OR LATER??
