Dear Docters, I have hpylori positive with esophagitis and duodnm ulcer My question is why docter dint prescribed me hpylori Kit to cure this infection He only prescribed me esomoprazole 40 mg two times a day for 4 months is PPI medicine cure hpylori infection than we can easily buy esomoprazole 40 mg from any pharmacy store and consume for 4 months Please find attached endoscopy and biopsy report

Hi, I have occasional severe right abdomen/ chest pain which goes away in 30 mins after having antacids. But last time, the unbearable pain did not subside after 5 hrs. The pain slowly grows to the right upper chest and left chest as well. The chest feels really heavy like something is stuck and I have difficulty breathing. I got blood work done to see if I had elevated cholesterol. But got elevated ALP(162.65), GGT(132.6) and SGPT(42.3) in the LFT test and Low Iron (32.4) in the test results. Also got slightly elevated LDL (115), T4(13.4) & Slightly low Blood Urea (7.6). Haemoglobin is normal. Please suggest what to do.

3 days back I started having cramps . At first I thought it was just periods cramps and I took medicine for it but now I think it is something else . I'm having cramps on the right side of my belly button and it hurts when I move around and I even feel dizzy . Can it be severe and should I go to a hospital to get it checked? Can it be appendix, intestine or something related to my ovaries? It's hurting only on the right side below and next to my belly button . Please let me know what do you think it can be .

Hi Doctor, I have a constant burping issue without any other additional symptoms. It's around 100 times/day. It developed 6-8 months after I had viral diarrhoea. I follow a healthy lifestyle, and don't eat any junk food. I have also got all the blood tests, USG & LFT done (all are normal). Nobody is able to diagnose the cause. Could you please help?

Is colon tuberculosis communicable ? What precautions should be taken if I live in the same house with a person who is infected ?
