Talicia is a US based medicine which is used for refractory h pylori Its not available in India Can I get my doctor to prescribe each component separately?would it be as effective. Please help!

I did LFT test today. Bilirubin Total is 1.04 mg% , bilirubin indirect is 0.84 mg% and bilirubin direct is 0.2 mg %. Is it jaundice or is it normal ? Pls tell me

My father is suffering from a unique issue where he always feels a pressure to pass the stool but when he sits on cupboard no stool passes through the rectum. We submitted him in the hospital & did all possible test but they did not found anything negative. Infact they did a endoscopy in that also they found nothing. Doctor have totally good remarks on his overall test but my father feel he is not ok and this potty thing keeps going on in his mind day and night. Hi, I recently undergone Ultrasound sound test as regular checkup and found that I have a gallbladder stone of 7.7mm and multiple gallbladder polyps larger one measuring 4.5mm. I don't have any symptoms. Please advise if surgery is recommended. If yes, how soon I have to get it done. Thanks

Hi. I was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2 on November 2023. After that I consulted a gastrologist he told me to take evitol capsule for 3 months. I am taking the evitol capsules. 2 days ago I started noticing little bit yellow ness in my eyes and urine was also coming sometimes yellow from 7-8 days. I thought it's jaundice.  So today I did LFT test. Bilirubin Total is 1.04 mg%. Bilirubin direct is 0.84 mg% and bilirubin indirect is 0.2 mg%. Is it normal or is it jaundice? Pls help me. If it's normal and not jaundice then why I am having yellow ness in eye and yellow urine. Pls help me pls

Getting loose stool from 50 days only once loose motion per day not diarrhea using rifaximin 30 days back there was improvement after few days again loose stool started rifaximin tablet but no improvement. Abdomen ultrasound normal.what tests should I do further.
