Stomach burn
I have only issuse that for past 3 yrs stomach nin stop burning after eating about two hours later then ut stopped again started after dinner time.. Is it ulcer ir gastritis or something so much irritated... Like hot stove on stomach all time

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • Avoid carbonated beverages • Avoid chocolate coffee tea peppermint • Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food •  sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion • have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals •  lie on left side while sleeping •  keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
