Stomach burning
My mother is having stomach burning issue for past 6 months. She is a liver fibrosis patient and taking bylipsa for that. Endoscopy showing corpal gastritis and gastroparesis. Main problem for her is stomach burning. We tried lot of medicines like pantocid, sompraz, sucrafil, instaraft, muccaine gel etc but none of them working. It's happening daily for her. We have done ct it's normal. Pls help us

IgG Hpylori Esophageal manometry with 24h Ph Tab Itopride 50mg ( 2-3 times a day) for 2 weeks Along with PPI Syrup gaviscon 3tp three times a day

Hello Before answering your questions I would like to know if she has these symptoms more in the night Then you may add tab famotidine 40 mg 0_0_1 At bed time Add domperidone in addition to ppi to prevent reflux Instaraft/sucrafil/mucaine gel_ are not very effective Try syp digeraft or gaviscon they work better
