I completed h pylori antibiotics course for 2 weeks. Any medicine or vitamins which can heal the ulcers? I'm getting weak my weight has came from 70 to 58.

I am suffering with IBS from last 4 years.. I was having Chapathi in afternoon and night .. and few times, in night I was having Muskmelon juice with dry fruits addition...  IBS intensity increased from last 4 months.. Consulted doctor and given probiotic tablets and digestion tablets .        I have changed my diet - switched completely to eating  rice and doing exercise regularly.. and I have stopped eating chapathi...        Currently I am feeling 70% reduction...       Will chapathi have major impact on IBS ?

I have the following symptoms - 1. Blood in stool (thrice in the last 10 days) 2. Fast heartbeat 3. Pain in the right lower abdomen (last week) 4. Pain in the left side of my belly (last week) What could be the possible reasons?

My doctor prescribed me to take 1 tab tryptomer 10 mg everyday in night for 1 month . Will this medicine cause damage to my gut lining should i have to take any proton pump inhibitors along with trypomer 10 mg??? Can i take tryptomer 10 mg alone every night ?

Dear Doctor, I'm Kishore 32 years male, from Thursday evening I had sore thoart unable to glup and fever. Fever subsided within two days and some sort of relief form sore throat, but my concern is from the next day on onset of fever and sore throat, I'm feeling sour burping and smelly poop, which was ongoing, I'm concerned abot the issue, pls advise me with your value suggestion, thanking you a lot in Advance.

The doctor found 2 lymphs in the intestine and he suggested a biopsy for that But 1 doctor said that they are intestine nodes which have swollen thand lagne ki wajah se and kafi logo me aise ho jata hai jb digestion theek se na ho rha ho Feeling stomach inflammation and pain and sometimes vomiting as well immediately after taking any food. And when urine passes it soothes stomach aches and inflammation. Have been facing issues with constipation as well for a long time. Should I go for biopsy or these lymphs are normal as I have doubt if I go for biopsy it can spread the infection if it could be something else lymph.

Whenever I go for motions in the morning two or three drops of bright red blood comes attached to my poop but after the first motion blood doesn't come out( after first poop second or any additional  poop has no blood attached to it) Also if I go to washroom twice in the day  afternoon or evening there is no blood please if you can help whether I should get checked extensively blood in poop stopped after taking homeopathy medicine but I had momos and it started again I have decided lifetime ban now

Dear Docter, please have a look my report it shows grade b esophagitis with dudennum superficial ulcer with active chronic active h pylori gastritis antral mucosa biopsy Is it in danger stage will it be curable completely Please find endoscopy and biopsy report Currently taking below medicine 1.cintadax two times empty stomach 2.Zempil two times after food 3.Esomoprazol ip 40 mg two times empty stomach All above medicines prescribed by doctor for 50 days after that docer told me to continue esomoprazole 40 mg and  zempil for another two months only once a day  After all above 110 days of treatment Docter adviced me to visit clinic again' to test for hpylori again My question is after above 110 days of treatment with lots of medicine 1.will it be fully curable and can I leave rest of my life without medicine with Normal diet 2. WHY DOCTER DINT PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS FOR HPYLORI?? Request to all docter please revert😭
