My diagnosis now is
1) Terminal ileum: Focal active ileitis with lymphoid hyperplasia.
II) Right colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
III) Transverse colon: Mild active colitis with increase in
lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
IV) Left colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
V) Rectum: Mild active proctitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic Infiltrate.
VI) Antrum: Moderate chronic gastritis with mild focal activity.
VII) Body: Mild chronic gastritis.
Overall histomorphological features, in correlation with endoscopic findings, favour possibility of
-Lymphocytic colitis.
Before this diagnosis earlier biopsy result told I have uc. Now this .
-IHC (4 antibody) may be done to know the nature of lymphoid aggregates.
What are this lymphoid aggregate? IHC test is taking long what may be the cause. When I asked the hospital they said they need to consult with other histopathologist.
Is this something to worry?

If ur biopsy was earlier reported as UC and now as Lymphocytic colitis u should take opinion about both biopsies from some good Histopathalogist
Also it has to be co related with ur colonoscopic findings and clinical symptoms. all center don’t do IHC so it takes time for IHC report to come
Next Steps
Consult a Gatsroenterologist with all earlier slides and biopsies
