For past few days, I am passing stools immediately  after taking breakfast and lunch. Please advise is this cause for concern.

Hi doc, Due to continuous pain on the right side hip region went to scan centre. Attaching the scan report. Can you please clarify is anything alarming. Why the lif and rif is underlined.

I have been diagnosed with Antral erosions since last 4 endoscopy attached. Initially on rabispan-c 20 mg,benizep for a month and then ddr-d, meva c, nexito for another month, nexpro 40- 2 times for 10 days and nexpro 40 and becozinc once before breakfast for next 28 days. The medicines have been stopped since last 2 days as per doctors instruction but current symptoms are nausea, extreme fatigue, tingling in feet and muscle weakness, palpitations at night, frequent urination.Have been strictly following bland diet for last 6 weeks. CT scan,blood test, urine test, heart Xray, abdomen ultrasound are all normal. How much time will it take for the symptoms to go away, do I need to take any medication for the symptoms , are there any vitamin/mineral deficiencies test that needs to be taken. Please advise.

I am 25 year today morning jan 29 in 7 am consumed ankurit moong green colourv washed and prepared with boiled potato etc but after consuming appetite was loss after 6-7 hrs got frequent stool little loose not watery not solid 4-5 times and cramps circular area happening middle of stomach how to heal it what to eat etc suggest some good and safe medication and right now after 13 hrs appetite present

In my USG abdomen it is shown fatty liver grade 2 ALT 84 AST 64 My weight 130 Can I get better suggestion

Can pancreas problem be genetical because my father has diabetes, my grandmother passed away due to pancreatic cancer. I am also having symptoms like nausea, bowel movement inconsistency, pain in the middle abdomen that goes to the back, rapid heart rate, sleeping problems. I don't smoke nor I consume alcohol.

My wife has been having abdominal pain for the last 6 days with  fever and headach . Today we consulted with a doctor and he prescribed Metronidazole 400, Dicyclomine 20mg and PCM 500mg for 3 days. She took medicines for 1 time but still no improvement is there. Is it serious ?

Hi doc , 6 months back i had mesentric lymphadenitis .doc gave me nexpro tab and some vitamin tab for 15 tab.. Course ia completed and my stomach pain also reduced. Now some days i get stomach pain , after taking gastric tab pain reduces . Why its so ? Should i need to consult doc again

Hi, Iam under IVF treatment, egg retrieval is done next month planning for embroyo transfer. 6 months before i generally had a checkup and doc said grade 2 fatty liver but by blood reports are all normal. Took LFT by December 2023 all values normal. Should i wanna cure fatty liver completely and go for embryo transfer or shall i proceed. Will this cause any issues? Kindly suggest.
