I'm 28 years old Height 5.11 Inch weight 54 I have been suffering from dark stool for 4 years i did colonoscopy but colonoscopy reports are normal study!!! my dad 49 years old now he has been suffering from colon cancer for 6 years!!! i always feel hard stool and black stool What should i do for this!!! Have i been suffering from any disease? please help me about this!!

Will there be two operation for CBD stone and gall bladder stone? Or there is need of 1 surgery required for CBD and Gall bladder stone removal

Hi , i had my nt scan done and after that my doctor has prescribed me ecosprin 150 because they told my scan says fetal growth restriction at >37 weeks.. please advise me if this medicine is safe?? I have raised alt in liver test coz of progestrone . Will this medicine affect my liver again?

I am suffering with acidity and vomting sensation. started using Pantop and Vomitkind for 2 days No  Vomiting sensation. ssuggested by a physician , started using Cap Sompraz L 1-0-0 Syr Sucrafil O 10ml thrice daily For two days. Acidity is on and off Please suggest

I had severe lack of appetite and nausea and occasional green stool (once every 2-3 days, other days stool is normal color) around a month ago and got an endoscopy+colonoscopy done to test. It was confirmed that I had a h pylori infection. The doctor prescribed rifagut 400 for 7 days, 2 tabs a day along with vsl#3, nexpro it and meva sr 200. I finished the course and saw some improvement in my symptoms. Then the doctor asked me to continue nexpro it and meva sr for 15 days. Additionally, I had mild constipation so the doctor asked me to take cremaffin plus 10ml for 10 days at night. However after a week of finishing rifagut, symptoms returned and I got a stool test done which showed that I had ecoli as well. The doctor then prescribed 5 days of ciplox 500, 2 tabs a day. I finished this course as well but I still face the original symptoms. Any suggestions as to what to do next? Is it possible that hpylori still hasn't been eradicated which is the reason for all this?

Can low vitamin d levels cause , High levels of Alkaline phosphotase? My mother's blood report had indicated low vitamin d and high Alkaline phosphotase.

From past 10 days i was suffering from dyspepsia main symptom was pain in epigastric region. Doc had given ganaton total, rabeprazole and gaviscon syrup for 15 days. My stomach issue is resolved but i am having pain in middle of chest specially after eating. Do i need to wait for medicine course to finish or any medicine change is required. Kindly suggest
