Hello Doctor, I am having a mild pain in upper abdoman area.. Sometimes it come and go or after passing gas i feel relieved or there's small occuring inside the stomach. This is happening from 4 days.. I appreciate your genuine help and prevention. Thank You

Having frequent gas and indigestion. Less spicy, less oily and boiled food gives relief. On 14.10.22 did USG and found borderline Hepato splenomegaly. In the last part of 2023 due to a family emergency had some exceptions in my diet and the problem reoccurred. Did a UGI endoscopy on 31.12.2023 and found everything normal. In the Fibroscan report dt.30.12.2023 CAP(db/m) Mean is 263, E(kPa)median is 4.0 and IQR/Med is 11%. Is the fibroscan report normal? What should I do for a permanent solution to this recurrence? I don't have much constipation and in stress sometimes my bowel does not clear regularly. Presently going through a strict diet and my symptoms are relieved at 90%. In 2021 I suffered from COVID-19.

2 months before I had gallbladder surgery. I have acidity problem. After surgery I have abdominal discomfort. Sometimes I am feeling I have to go washroom. I am taking zincovit syrup 10 ml on daily basis. I am taking lumia k60000 weekly once. After taking this medicines now a days I am feeling regular upset stomach, loss of appetite, muscle weakness. What should I do? I am very worried about my present situation. Plz reply. After gallbladder surgery how long does gas problem last?

I have Chronic Hepatitis B virus infection. Since last 3.5 years I am taking Tenofovir Alafenamide. Within 6 months my Viral load became Undetectable and Alt / Ast become normal. But since last 6 months Alt & Ast  level starts to fluctuate. On  06/06/23 Atl -73 Ast 38 On 07/08/23 Alt-61 , Ast-39 On 19/09/23 Alt-57, Ast-33 On 28/12/23 Alt 81, Ast -43 Hbv DNA quantitative as on 03/01/24 - Below Detection Limit USG whole Abdomen as on 11/08/2023- Normal Sonographic Study. What could be possible reason behind this fluctuation.

Hello, I am suffering from acid reflux and GERD, too much gas belching, Doctor prescribed me PPI. Sompraz - esomeprazole. I get relief from it. I am using it for more than 6 months. My symptoms returns when i stop taking medicines. 10 to 30 days no acid reflux but After 10 to 30 days my symptoms returns back slowly slowly. How long should I take PPi for my problem. Is it safe to take PPi for long term. Or any other long term usable medicine. Is there any diagnostic test to confirm GERD. I am thinking for surgery option. Thanks!!

Hi, I am 42. I have been suffering from loose stools on and off for the last 2 weeks. I have IBS. The stools have been green and semi solid or loose. The frequency is twice or thrice and mostly right after breakfast. I took nizonide twice a day for 5 days.  I'm also on sompraz d, librax in the night and unienzyme after meals.  Post 2 weeks, I still have diarrhea on and off and the poop is still green.  My nizonide dose got done last night. I will have the bitter taste in mouth today as well.   Earlier symptoms also included stomach cramps etc.  Currently it's gas, Acidity,  green loose stools two or three times a day. I'm anxious that this will not resolve and I'm getting worked up.  My ultrasound and gen blood tests were normal 2 months back.  This has now been there for 2 weeks.  Will this go away soon.  Will the poops color turn normal.. is this something serious.. is this part of ibs.. please suggest and advice so I can wait this out without anxiety.  Thank you.
