I have no pain or any other symptoms but mushy stools which rarerly are red in color and sometimes contain blood like small parts in stool. What should i do

I had grade 2 fatty liver for past few years.But recently after losing around 10 kg.The liver enzymes mostly sgpt and sgot which were beyond 150 are close to normal now.But still few are not upto the mark.So should I take Liv 52 and Evion and what should be the dosage. Current report I have attached below.

Hi I have chronic constipation problem . After trying various options in allopathy , homeopathy , went fir Ayurveda . My doc recommended castor oil one tsp daily by which I keep my constipation under control and it seems working . It's been an year . Can I continue with this or is there any prob with consuming castor oil daily ?

Lying down position pooping can poop easier or hard to push and can we fully empty the poop? Because I can't sit my condition is Duchenne muscular dystrophy And I have severe osteoporosis and scoliosis and compression fracture in spine. So I am lying down position only iam pooping it's very hard to push so any idea & solution is there

I feel stomach discomfort. no pain , feeling strange like in stomach , once belch is released I feel comfort and relax, i fart more and more, bloating sometimes and sometimes feels light nausea.  no constipation. kindly suggest medicine.

My son, who is sixteen years old, recently underwent a comprehensive health assessment that involved a home blood collection package. The results indicated elevated levels of SGPT (222), SGOT (166), GGTP (129), and TLC (18.8). However, subsequent tests for ANA and Hepatitis A, B, and C all returned negative results. He is not exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, etc., and has not been taking any medications that could have contributed to this. What might be the cause of these elevated enzyme levels?

I have pain i only right side of stomach, It is not regulat but it come and goes sometimes it remains for 1 to 2 days , and it is not at fix position, Pain position is different.
