From past 1 week I am experiencing foul smelling flatulence and stools with indigestion. What might have caused this and will it go away on its own? When should I approach a doctor

I'm diabetic, 55kg body wt,when gas releases from my stomach right side portion mildly pains,and pain subsidises, I had this problem 2 yrs back ,I was prescribed medication pantop 40mg, for many days,Now again got repeated,whenever I eat Dal, or egg or meat,I find a mild pain before the release of gas.please suggest a treatment or diet.

Hello I am taking prosag 12.5 mg and clonotrill 0.5mg from last 2 days. Psychiatrist prescribed me this medicine for anxiety and phobia but today my left side of stomach is paining left to belly button and slight lower back pain. I am so scared is it kidney related because of prosag sr 12.5? Please suggest?

Hello, since tomorrow when i go to brush and when i brush my tounge, some green and bitter vomit comes. Happening since 2 days. Except it i am not having any issue with passing of stool or stomachache etc. Vomit also comes when i force not on its own. But due to its colour i am worried. What to do. I used to smoke a lot(vaping). I developed ulcers in 2019. Since then I'm suffering from constipation also. I have left smoking. Bones have also got weak. I can't participate in sports anymore due to weakness. I'm h pylori negative. How can I heal it quickly??

I was diagnosed with h pylori positive by upper endoscopy then was prescribed amoxicillin and clarithromycin, ppi along with probiotics, taking for four days i got weakness, dizzy, anxiety, panic and always wanted to be in bed, later my family doctor suggested me to take OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE (zenflox oz) can i take this medicine along with probiotics?
