On November 6 I was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver grade 3. I have maintained diet for 3 months no non veg eggs etc but today I tested sgot and sgpt but my SGPT was very high it is 180 u/l. Is it a matter of concern? It's fatty liver or something else? Pls respond and help

2 years back I had severe pain my upper stomach. Tests showed that I had an inflammation in gall bladder. I had no gall stones. Doctor prescribed medicine and I drank buttermilk daily and it got resolved. I didnt know the reason Why gall bladder had inflammation. I had low fat diet for 6 months. Doctor said it's a Acalculus cholecystitis. Also please tell me what foods are good and bad for gall bladder

After stool passing , I feel stool recedes back in rectum and remains there long time , there is presence of obstructed flatus abdomen feels tight and bloated

My scan done in March 2023 reveals 6.1 mm hyperechoic foci, likely polyp. Feb 2024 scan report states 8.4 mm echogenic foci along the wall in gallbladder without posterior shadowing. Since the features are undistinguishable whether it is polyp or Stone, they adviced me to repeat the scan after 2 days with fat free diet and overnight fasting. Can someone advice me whether I should repeat the scan what it could be polyp or Stone?

I am suffering from stomach issue for last 3 months... Always burping a feeling of fullness vomiting tendency. 1 week before i felt heartburn and consulted a dr. Ure and urine culture test was done.. Urine was acidic but no certain bacteria present... Feeling freequent urination fatigue chest pain etc... Today i stuck throat infection tonsils im feeling joint pain back pain runny nose head ache cough stomach discomfort fatigue etc... Took so many blood test and urine test. But all the test report was normal. What is my actual health issue?
