Iam taking gas tablet razma dsr before food morning.after taking the tablet motion is coming.Before motion sometimes stomach pain coming.after motion  no stomach pain.what causes it

Will gastric issues ever go away or is it life long? Will endoscopy increase gastric issues? Will only stress causes gastric issues like stomach discomfort and getting air from mouth?

Hello Dr , I was diagnosed with fatty liver g-3 in oct 2023 n high sgot/pt level.my doctor only Said to reduce weight by 10% n control diet.that time my weight is 77kg n height 177cm n now I am 65kg. I am having right upper abdomen pain from 5 days which is moving to back and bloating. I have done ultrasound and reports were good. Kindly Verify The reports

I am having symptoms of air getting from mouth, stomach discomfort as if it is squeezed and when that squeezing is done, I am getting air from mouth, heart burn (very rarely), mild cough. Sometimes, I take air from mouth (whenever I do, above symptoms increases). I did USG abdomen and pelvis, nothing major came there. Is there anything wrong.

Is it okay to take water 2hrs before my Hpylori endoscopy? I had taken water 2hrs before the test and nothing else. The result was H pylori negative. Can water interfere with the results or is it safe just as in the case of general endoscopy?

I had been feeling bloated most of the time from nov 2023 so I went for the checkup and discovered an ASD . Also i had endoscopy too, for which i am sharing the report. ASD operation is done last month.

My total bilirubin level comes to be 1.8 and direct bilirubin level comes to be 0.9 and my symptoms are 99.4 °F fever back stiffness and lower back pain ,mild stomach pain on touching stomach. What is the reason
