I am currently taking Saroglitazar 4 mg once a day, evion 400 once a day and multi omega capsulr once a day as advised by doctor due to mild fatty liver, high cholestrol(250 mg/dL) and triglycerides(290 mg/dL). I have a query regarding saroglitazar if this tablet reduce sugar levels as I am non diabetic as I feel low and hungry after 4 to 5 hours of breakfast. My fasting blood sugar is 75 to 80 and blood sugar level before lunch (after 4 to 5 hours of breakfast ) is 80 to 85. Is this a normal range? I have a normal bp, no diabetes, no other medical history? Any other advise?

I'm having constipation, can't empty bowel. Also, there is angular chelitis on lips. Hair loss and dark circles. Bones are getting weak. There's PPP around penile. Uti symptoms like pain while ejaculating. Cloudy urine. Urine culture test is negative. I strongly feel there is some infection or bacterial growth. All blood test are normal. I have tried everything for constipation but no permanent relief.

I am having frequent burpp & stomach unease after eating something in day or night but it will increase once lay down on the bed after having lunch or dinner.craete constipation sometime or loose motions due to this problem.feeling dizzy throughout the day.kindly suggest some medication or tests

Iam taking Anti Tuberculosis tablets since 3 years. My Sgot sgpt ratio is 2.45. It increased because of tb medicines or indicates other problems ?

Can IBS go away permanently with lifestyle modification? Endoscopy is normal. Symptoms are air from mouth and discomfort in stomach (sometimes). Please suggest lifestyle modifications.

I have done my LFT as part of a routine health check up, all tests are within limits except Direct Bilirubin. Direct Bilirubin is 0.49 and total bilirubin is 1.18. Is this abnormal. Attached my LFT report.
