I am suffering from chronic gastritis for two years, Did endoscopy ( was H pylori positive). Took Triple plus Quadruple therapy . Now I am having leg pain especially while standing .Feels weakness in leg and overall fatigue. Please guide thanks in advance Age 33 Male .

Doctor, My husband 39years old weight 63 took a ultrasound abdominal scan last week report says tiny gall bladder polyp largest of size 4mm. Is it curable or any medication available to reduce size. What are the potential next step treatment? I have attached scan report and image. Please guide us regarding this.

I have been noticing that from last 10 to 15 days i wake up in morning with a bit of discomfort and heavyness in my intestine area .This usually occurs around 6 am and I have go for a poop , plus I have gases too . Not sure why this is happening . As soon as I am done with poop I tend to feel a bit relaxed . This happens only in morning time . Kindly advise .

I am facing fatigue , insomnia , lethargy , loss of weight and weakness since a long time , I got this test done yesterday , My nearby doctor is suggesting it's a jaundice . So should I start jaundice medicine or get an Abdomen Ultrasound test?

Taking two antibiotics Amoxicillin and clarithromycin with pantoprazole ( Pantocid hp kit) with Bismuth 120 mg four times a day Can I take econorm sachet and ors powder during Antibiotics therapy or it's effects on power of Antibiotics to eradicate hpylori?

Ecg normal Echo normal, lvef 60 Tmt Negative, mets 13.5 Cholesterol normal Bp remains in normal range Done echo and tmt 3 times in last 6 months. But i have slight pressure pain and twitching in chest, comes and goes. Sometimes i feel palpitations in lower throat area which makes me very afraid. Can climb staits and run easily. What need to be done, pl guide

I have been having stomach ache for a week. I went for USG it says mild hepatomegaly 15.7 CM with fatty infiltration. My LFT reports are normal but SGPT is 89. I don't drink or smoke. I'm obese with 103 kg and 6 feet. I take BP medicine and Statins. Is this reversible or something serious like cirrohsis?

My age is 18 years old I have mesenrtric lymph nodes 17.5mm×6.5mm , from 3 years But not increasing in size. Is it cancer tuberculosis ، or infection?
