Mild crohn's disease treatment
I was diagnosed with mild crohn's disease in February. I have not started any medication yet. My calprotectin levels in February was 240 and today I took another calprotectin which show 121. What does it mean? And what are the treatment options? Is it curable or possible to achieve long-term remission? I don't have any symptoms yet. I took colonoscopy because of low iron(24). I don't have diarrhoea or pain or bleeding. What does my quality of life looks like with this condition please

Like you said in your description, you had no symptoms and only iron deficiency. So prognosis is good for mild Crohns. What were the colonoscopy findings?
