Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
First make lifestyle changes - avoid smoking and alcohol if you do so. Take smaller portions in meals. Lose significant weight and do regular excercise. Dinners should be light, and sleep at least 2 hours after dinner.
Second - continue medication, till you achieve these goals.
If problem persists, consider an upper GI endoscopy and if needed Laparoscopic Fundoplication.
