Gerd issue chest pain while swallowing

Having gerd issues from long... Now having pain in chest while swallowing water on and off symptoms.. while having food I am ok but having water it pains in chest Having heartburn while waking up .. Taking vonoprazan 20 can u plz suggest any antacid be taken with vonoprazan 20 tablet.

Do not neglect these symptoms. It could be a GERD related peptic stricture or other complication leading to difficulty in swallowing. It could be reflux induced motility disorder of esophagus too. Get a Upper GI endoscopy done at earliest
