You will need lifestyle modifications first.
1) Take small frequent meals. Instead of three meals a day, make it as 6 small feeds.
2) avoid spicy,oily foods
3) avoid any food that's white ( ex - milk,sugar,rice)
4) replace the above mentioned with millets, black tea or black coffee)
5) make sure u have a 10 minute walk after breakfast,lunch and dinner.
6) finish dinner by 7 in the evening and no food after that.
7) sleep atleast 2 hours after ur dinner and make sure you don't lie down immediately.
If u follow these steps, u might feel better and medicines can be avoided.
If still symptomatic, u might need a low dose of Proton pump inhibitors (ex - esomprazole with domperdione combination to help with acidity and reflux) and an antacid.
