Is it possible that after colonoscopy I had normal stools for 3 days but on 4th day I noticed bright red blood in toilet after passing stools?

What was the indication for colonoscopy? Bright red blood indicates a lower GI bleed, it is unlikely to happen after simple diagnostic colonoscopy unless some intervention has been done
