Bloating issue since 2-3 years.Cant eat spicy,oily.Cannot eat roti and arhar daal. After having roti and dal,stomach pains.Not able to paas gas.Stomach feels heavy and bigger.Cannot eat potato,it doesn't suit at all.I always fear eating in public  that if problem starts what will I do. Please guide what is the treatment. Thanks in advance.
