I have taken medicine of arthritis for more than one year. now I have ulcers in my mouth and stomach.i won't be able to digest food. Even little spicy food causes me pain in stomach. So suggest me good doctor.

After eating any type of food, become gas in stomach &  head starts to feel light and the eyes start to close. what is possibility of problem.

I have heard that gastric ulcers have more chance of converting into a cancerous one compared to duodenal ulcers . I have gastric ulcer and taking ppi for it . But my doctor didn't get any endoscopy done , he just gave me the medicine . My h pylori has come out to be negative . So my question is how common is it for a gastric ulcer to turn cancerous when h pylori bacteria has come out to be negative ??

Consulted gastro doctor in government hospital adv blood test hiv hcv hbsag report have to come still after that they will give the date of endoscopy But sometimes I have nausea sweating bloating giddiness I did ECG 2decho some types of blood test every thing is nomal plz tell me weather severe gastric constipation cause giddiness I have consulted md physician ent neurology eeg done cardiology psychiatrist I want to know weather gas cause shaking body and giddiness rbs bp ppbs FBS every thing is normal i am afraid of doing endoscopy

Hello, I am currently living abroad and I have been facing acid reflux issue. I tried taking pan 40 it stops when I took it for a month but starts again once stopped taking it. I visited local doctor here and they suggested gastroscopy. I am not sure what to be done. Can someone help here? Thanks in advance

I have done my blood tests from Apollo. My lipid profile is fine so is my KFT. My LFT results are SGOT 92, SGPT 41.8, GGT 34.2, Bilirubin total 0.95. I have already mentioned the mentioned the medication I was taking for 6 months. I don't drink now (abstinence since 90 days) and exercise daily ( 10k - 12k steps of brisk walking), on a plant based diet plus proteins. Should I be worried and what steps Should I take?
