Hi doctors, I am not able to eat whenever I eat few pieces I feel like food throwing up and pain in the upper abdomen and finally ends up in vomiting.i lose my weight gradually.i have a strong gag reflex while eating itself when I swallow I used to gag and then vomiting ,kindly suggest me what to do

In july I have done abd ultrasound due discomfort n tinging in upper abdomen in which I have diagnose with Splenomegaly and fatty liver at that time I was not feeling pain in my left ribs or side..but after knowing Splenomegaly I start feeling pain near rib which travel to shoulder n back sometimes whole left area but it comes n go...in dec I again did ultrasound in which my liver n spleen size come down due to diet 14.5...but this left side discomfort gradually increasing ...I have seen general physician,surgeon but they said loose weight...never advice medicine...I ok with mt urine,stool,hunger...still feel little burn,pain n discomfort...I was taking antidepressent 2 years earlier..Plz help me n advice me 🙏🏽

I am Sanjib Ghosh , 34 years old , have non alcoholic fatty liver f0 -f1, 5.23kba, sgpt74, doc prescribed Linvas tab and Ocabile  for 2 month and Placida for 1 month  , both the medicines are needed?? Are not those habit forming?? Can I stop them letter??

I keep getting these chest tightness accompanied with burping. Sometimes the pain feels like a jab or a line running along the chest. When this happens I get super stressed, breathing gets slightly heavy, and I rarely get dizzy. I recently had my blood work done, all my lipid parameters are in the recommended range. Should I be worried about something??

Please see the ultrasound image. I suffer from constipation and gas. Stools are sticky and tary when I drink chai. I used to take coffee every morning to cleanse stomach. Can it be stomach ulcers?

I am not able to pass stool for 3 days. I have not taken any hard foods or oily foods. Only thing is i am only sleeping for only 3 to 4 hours for last 4 days, is this a reason and how can it be fixed.

I have a 2cm haitus hernia, is it okay if I drink beer once a while ? I'm doing other life style changes as well, this is a question I had.
