Is this report normal report? Worried Attached reports of the abdomen .plz help to fight this current situation

I am 32 Yr old male. My height is 5ft5in and weight 88kg (BMI 32). My fibroscan result says CAP 327 dB/m and stiffness 4.8 kPa. I am non alcoholic with occasional smoking. I take mesalamine for IBD. What should I do?

Please see the report and say.. what is the problem, there is any serious health issues... since 1 month gas acidity and indigestion occurs

Hello dr, I am 23 yo female. I've chest pain and left arm pain i went to Doctor 2-3 days before and Done ECG and the ECG report is normal and i also have acidity problem is it GERD or something related to acidity & i also have stones in gallbladder.

I have heartburn and acid reflux . recently for few days when i wake up when i spit salaiva thick blood streak is there. after 4 to 5 spits with water its completely gone. this happens everyday. there is no blood in stool fyi. please guide me on this. im completely stressed on this

For black stool my doctor prescribed me endoscopy.. After endoscopy there is gastric ulcer begining..and rut positive... Then Doctor prescribed me Omez 20mg- OD 1 month levofloxacin 500 - OD ×10days clarithromycin 500 - BDx10days Can i take levofloxacin 500 and clarithromycin 500 togather??

Hpylori antibiotic treatment for 14 days completed and it's been more than a week since Currently on sucrafil o and ppi but still whenever i eat anything other than dal rice my stomach is burning . how long will it take more for my stomach to completely heal and become normal any time line ? Like 2 weeks or 6 weeks ??

I've been experiencing progressively worsening intolerance to spicy foods since the past 2 months. Having even mildly spicy foods causes severe burning in my tongue and throat and stomach upsets. It has gotten so bad that I've to completely abstain from even the mildest hint of spice. All this started off around 4 months back, I had a very bad episode of indigestion following which I developed loose stools (lasted for almost 2 wks), which never really resolved fully. Ever since then I developed alternating bowel habits (occasional loose stools alternating with  constipation and  normal stools). Around the same time, I also started having recurrent ulcers on the sides of my tongue. There is also a kind of weird taste in my mouth along with dryness of mouth, bloating, loss of appetite and occasional nausea. Weight loss of about 6 kgs in these 4 months' time. What is exactly happening here? Any ideas?

From last night I have constant pain below right ribs on my back. It was little severe too. I have gallstones of 5mm. Not in any treatment for this. Is it the gallstones that causing pain at my right side? What should be done.
