Adhesive or sticky soft stool

Hello sir, What's the reason of adhesive or sticky stool? Besides, my bowel is not clear because of adhesive or sticky soft stool. I don't feel 100% bowel clear at all. I don't feel pressure of bathroom in the morning. Pls see the attached files and please tell me the reason of it sir. Biopsy of 1st colonoscopy : lymphocyte ileitis Biopsy of second Colonoscopy : non specific iletis and ulcers. Problems 1. Adhesive or sticky stools 2. No pressure of bathroom and bowel not clear 4. Sometimes pain in lower right abdomen and hip 5. Weight loss

Will need to evaluate adequately. Would also like to have a look at the biopsy report and stool examination if done. Predominantly your symptoms are of chronic constipation. Are u taking any laxatives? The colonoscopic findings are very non significant and do not specify any particular etiology
