Blood in stool
Hello doctor, I observed blood in stool from yesterday. It happened 3 months(apr 2024) before also. That time thought it may be due to summer and had dehydration and some period postpone tablet. But again after 3 months observed this yesterday...no pain.. not hard stools.bright red colour..mostly after Passing stool as I didn't see any blood in stool. Observed at the time of washing.. have thyroid since 8 years. Everything under control.. what should I do? I feel little constipated sometimes...not much...

You need proper per rectal examination by surgeon.Based on history it looks like internal hemorroids .but final treatment should be done only after proper diagnosis.so consult a surgeon , till that time try to avoid constipation .
