Treatment of H. Pylori depends on your symptoms as infection is very common in India and treatment is not warranted. Many brands of triple therapy are available which you can take for 14 days. If you want to be sure of eradication of infection you can get a stool antigen test done after 4 weeks of therapy and remember to be off any Pantop for atleast 2 weeks. To check for resistance of infection you will have to get endoscopy with biopsy done which will be sent for culture
