Black specks and fluffy stool

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have done endoscopy and colonoscopy and all my results were normal but they didn't check ileum should I check it or not i have also done cbc and ecg in abdomen they were also normal and i have grade 2 reflux they gave me colopsa tab and sompraz d 40 tab and folvite tab still my stool were with black specks and fluffy

Black specks could be anything To rule out bleed - u can do stool for occult blood and stool fat ( quantitative if u feel it fluffy and frothy)
