Botox for pelvic floor dyssynergia

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have tried more than 12 biofeedback sessions at sgpgi Lucknow from 2020 to 2023 ,but I got no relief still, I suffer from lot of pain during motions due to pelvic floor tightness . If anybody offers botox injections for pelvic floor dyssynergia in india , please reply to me

Pelvic floor dyssynergia has many causes. If you are under treatment of dr UC goshal definitely he might have accurately diagnosed you . Please consult surgical gastroenterologist dr Ashok over there for surgical option We here in Hyderabad prk hospitals also give Botox and biofeedback we go for surgery if unrelieved
