Pelvic dyssynergia, weak anal muscles
I am having problem in defection for 6 years. I was not able to empty my bowels completely and whenever i used to sit in toilet after sometimes i felt like something obstructs the movement of stools out of the anus. I went to SGPGI and the doctor performed test where the result showed that i have pelvic floor dyssynergia and weak anal muscles that are unable to empty bowels completely. The doctor just gave me a powder and said i will be fine but sadly i didn't get any results. I spent around 5 to 6 hrs daily in toilet and i am tired of it. Someone told me that this problem can be treated with combination of medicine, diet and exercises ,,also whenever i use laxatives, it reacts and worsens the condition becausemy intestine is absolutely fine . The doctors at sgpgi don't give ample time too for a patient. I need a doctor who can understand my Medical history thoroughly and treat me without any surgery. Please help me with this.
