Spot developed above rectum.

Question

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hey, A year ago there was wound like formation a centimetre above rectum which, which bleed couple of times. As of now there this spot formed over there. It has never caused any pain or discomfort. I have attached some images of it. I'm just concerned about what it is and if could you suggest any specific specialist i should consult.

Avoid spicy food • plenty of fibres(banana/mangoes/papayas/watermelon/green leafy vegetables) Plenty of hydration • 40 minutes brisk walk everyday • Avoid constipation • avoid straining while passing stools • put 5 ml of betadine in a tub of warm water(not hot water) and sit in the tub for 5 minutes morning, 5 minutes in afternoon, 5 minutes in the night_this is termed as SITZ BATH
