Yes your sgpt is high ..and it indicates mostly fatty liver .. ..u need to get a fibroscan done ..apart from that viral markers and depending upon fibrosacn report treatment can be given ..meanwhile do regular excercise and diet

Your ALT or sgpt is high , u ve not mentioned sgot or ast levels
Considering SGOT level normal if only sgpt raised it is not due to alcohol
So viral hepatitis will be main cause in this age
Other cause will be auto immune

Need further evaluation in form of hbs ag, hcv, hep A igm, s.igG4
