What's your repeat LFT report . Do you take alcohol. If so please stop taking it. There are large number of causes of raised liver enzymes. Further treatment depends on the etiology which is causing derangement in LFT

please get LFT, CBC, PT/INR, lipid profile, ultrasound liver Doppler and fibroscan test, HbA1C, FBS and PPBS, thyroid profile, hepatitis B surface antigen ELISA, anti HCV test ELISA, IgM HAV and IgM HEV antibody test.
