Flu

I had cold and cough so showed doc and started  antibiotics  Zizi and Hifenac. Post completion of 5 day course, I was ok but consumed little water melon juice which was cold. Am back to same symptoms this time with fever and immense body ache. I also have cough . Do u advise any blood test or physically visit doctor?. Please advise

Sir and Ma'am, On behalf of my brother.Suffering from Anxiety, Sleeplessness, panic disorder and slight depression. History of slightly elevated BP and cholesterol currently under control. Doctor suggested Clonazepam 0.5 along with a anti psychotic. Can he only take clonazepam for longer period as resulta are better than anti psychotics. Doctor is not allowing us to ask to questions and fixed meds. Than ks to all.

Hi from a few days able to see visible small blood vessels in my both, is it normal should I get it checked out

1. My wife (aged - 28, mother of a two year old) is a hypothyroidism patient with TSH value at 3.9 for last 9 years.       2. Recently she gained uncontrollable amount of weight in two months from 75 to 83 kgs with no changenin diet. We did full body checkup along with regular thyroid checkup as weight gain is attributable to her thyroid.        3. We found that her thyroid is withing range but she developed severe deficiency in vitamin D ( result of vit D level in body =8.95 ng/mL; ideal range = 30-100) .            4. Her Hb has fallen from 14 to 12.6 in six months and Vit B-12 level is also on borderline value.     5. Also, the mean platelet levels, lympocyte levels were out of range.       6. Please suggest which doctor to consult (speciality wise) and what supplements can be taken for getting the deficiency within range. Also, she is vegetarian. Any suggestion with respect to addition in diet which doesnot disturb thyroid level is also welcomed . The summary report is attached.

I have taken 5 doses of ARV in feb to march 2024 then i have taken three more doses in dec i usually fed street dog and play with them sometimes their saliva touches my skin altough i got never bitten by any dog is i am safe from rabbies or do i need to worry Pls answer doctors Thanks very much

Hello and good evening.  For around the last four days I have been having extreme pain in my teeth and the nature of the pain is mostly a mix of sharp, shooting, pulling and burning sensations, its been so troubling that I have been severely sleep deprived because the pain is very intense, it does fade for a while only to return back randomly, I took divon-plus tablet multiple times as recommended to me but it mostly had no effect at all, ( also the pain / sensation is concentrated in the upper and lower teeth on the left side of my mouth, from outside no tooth looks decayed) unfortunately I have a different health issue and I cannot immediately go to dentist in person at the moment, that is what is holding me back, yesterday I also had a fever for about two hours and it went away on its own but I am super concerned if this can lead to potential life threatening problems if there is an infection and it spreads. Kindly suggest me what I can do. Thanks a lot.

Fever, loose motion, and headache. I can't seem to eat anything and as soon as I drink, I need to use the washroom over and over again..

I have done cbc report and my rbc is 5.19 my age is 15 is it serious disease or no and wbc is also 5170 and monocytes 15 and haemoglobin 13.2 there is written normal but still i have to ask last time
