Balance issue while standing or walking
Feeling and fearing that I will fall while walking or standing most of the time, I have constant bloating which passes through the burp. It started after, I had panic attacks a few months back after recovering from dengue. Already done ecg, eco, thyroid and sugar test earlier and they're fine. My quality of life is spoiled, I live with fear. I don't know the exact reason but for sure something is wrong with the stomach at least and my focus is forced inside my body not outside. What is it? Will I be ok as I am getting better with time but it's too slow? It all started last december. Please help

Please share detailed medical history. Do you have constipation? For burping you can take mucaine gel 5ml every 8hours for 7 days. Avoid fatty foods and gas producing items like cauliflower,  broccoli  radish. Take small frequent meals. For panic attacks, if still continuing,  consult a psychiatrist.  You will definitely be o.k.

You may be overthinking this. Don’t worry—your giddiness could be related to dehydration and inadequate nutrient absorption. I recommend taking an antacid once daily before breakfast for the next 10 days, along with oral rehydration solution (ORS/electrolytes) twice daily for 15 days. In addition, ensure adequate sleep, maintain a balanced diet with leafy vegetables, and incorporate regular exercise into your routine.
