Since you have severe cough, breathing difficulty, and throat pain not improving with Montair FX and Alex, it is important to get checked promptly. These symptoms could be due to an airway allergy, asthma flare, or even a chest infection. Continuing self-medication without proper evaluation may delay recovery. I would advise you to consult me for a detailed review

Your cough, throat pain and breathing problem are not getting better with medicines. To guide you properly, I need to know if your cough is wet(with sputum) or dry, if you have fever, or any history of allergy/asthma. Till then do warm salt water gargles, drink warm fluids, and try steam inhalation. If your breathing gets worse, don’t wait see a doctor in person right away
