Difficulty breathing,chest tightness
I have a difficulty breathing. Also my chest feels tight. My right arm and leg feels weak.I feel dizzy all the time.

According to your symptoms, it looks like you are anaemic, if you have any other breathing problem like asthma then the treatment may vary,
Next Steps
it's better to do a complete hemogram to confirm the diagnosis, and if anaemia is there that is low hemoglobin(blood count), the reason has to be evaluated
