How to treat difficulty in swallowing saliva but not food
Hi I am 28 year old female, I had cold and cough since 3 days, today I have also developed sore throat and because of that I find it difficult to swallow my saliva. However if I am eating any food I do not have difficulty to swallow it. What is the reason for that? is there any treatment for the same?
