I am Dr Shamoon. Chest pain with breathing difficulty needs urgent medical assessment even if the ECG is normal; an ECG alone cannot rule out all serious causes. Please do not self-medicate or ignore worsening symptoms.
Next Steps
Go to the nearest emergency department now if pain is severe, persistent, spreading to the arm/jaw/back, or associated with sweating, faintness or increasing breathlessness. You may book a Practo consultation for prompt review, but do not delay emergency care.

Sir, the ECG is completely normal in this case. But if your friend is still having the symptoms kindly take him to the nearby emergency department, since the similar symptoms might arise from respiratory illness/failures or other systemic ailments too.
