Flu

I have recently been prescribed Telmisartan 20 for elevated blood pressure. I have also been taking tadalafil (5-10mg) twice or thrice a month for mild erectile dysfunction. Now that I have been prescribed this BP medicine, will I be able to take tadalafil like I used to have been?

There was a mouse/rat (it was 3-4 inches approx) nibbling on the washed vegetables basket, as I shoed it and removed the basket, I accidentally hit the basket on the table and some tiny drops splashed in my eyes. I don't know if it was the rat's saliva or if rat's saliva mixed with residual water in the vegetables that went in eyes. Since it was within just a minute of the rat nibbling on the vegetables, I am concerned. Do I need anti rabies shots?

Hi doctor I am 20 year old female having cough and loose motion with fever from last 2-3 days cough is from 4-5 days. Have visited doctor and prescribe test doctor view report and say normal and advised pcm. Loose motion frequency not much. But much cough. Please review report and advise.

My mother is suffering from fever , Shivering cold , shortness of breath and restlessness. She is not able to sleep whenever she tries to sleep she feel shortness of breath. she had fever now and then.

I had exposure(oral sex with little bit of  blood) on 19th dec 2024 and then I took pep(within 40 hours) I had tested negative using the 4th gen test on 8th Feb 2025(3 week post pep) what are the chances that it will be positive???Has anyone tested positive after 20 days post pep testing negative and then positive on the 6th week or 8th week etc???

Have T3=1.56, T4=9.08 ,TSH=1.10. Was taking Thyroxin 100 as the medication before the test. Should I reduce to Thyroxin 50 dosage instead of 100?

Hello doctor What is the duration for TT injection? I have taken Tt injection in 2024 feb Yesterday a very minor cut( no blood come) with a clean knife while cutting vegetables . Do I need to get tt again? And also in this month I have tried for pregnancy.

I'm feeling fatigue, leg pain (mostly below knee), sometimes I feel lightheaded and dizzy. I have IBS D but from some days I'm feeling very sleepy all day long. I have done my vitamin tests. My Vitamin D is 28.55 ng/mL. Vitamin b12 is 447 pg/mL. Vitamin A is 426.42 ng/mL. Vitamin E is 7834 nd/mL. Vitamin K is 0.38 ng/mL. My TSH is 3.62. Hemoglobin is 11.1 g/dL. I feel dizzy when I get up from my chair or when I do little yoga or activity. I have muscle fatigue as well i.e. when I climb stairs I have extreme leg fatigue.. when I hold something for too long in my hand then I have hand fatigue. I find it difficult to do my tasks due to this. I take 8 hours of sleep daily still have this. I don't feel energized. I see floaters and at night I see  afterimages when i blink or close eye after looking at the flash lights or bright light in the morning. Please suggest me treatment.

My toenail is paining since 5 days trying to cut it proper but pain is not going 😔 Plss help me out
