Suggest me a health diet as a teenager to gain weight as even after eating everything at time and as per instructions I am not able to gain weight and as a middle class person normal healthy diet is what I want so that I can increase even little more weight and currently my weight is 39 kg as a 17 year old girl

My haemoglobin is a little on the lower end of the recommended range at 13.2 (refer image). My glucose levels are fine. Also, l occasionally feel lightheaded/dizzy for a few seconds specially after workouts (10-20 min duration) and experience chills even with sufficient warm clothing. Are these indications of any mineral/vitamin deficiency? Should I get any other tests done?
