A doctor prescribed me Me -12 OD and kerablak tablets together. Can I take them together for grey hair and vitamin b deficiency?

I take rabies vaccine on 0,3 on time and other 2 doses on day 8( insted of day 7), day 29 (insted of day 28) one day delayed in both days .my last shot was 9-5-2025 will it works properlyand today  a dog scratch my leg .
