Hello doctor I'm having headache in the evening for the last one week I have checked my blood pressure it's 147/92 is it high Is there any medicine or injection for that as of now I'm taking dart tablet at night

I have light headness and weakness since 6 months . Attached my cbc report everything comes normal but wbc is always 13000-14500 after medication it comes down but again get elevated . I have recently undergone for endometriosis surgery . I have tried all medications for weakness like vitamin supplements and even change my diet to good healthy diet but no difference. My crp level is also on higher side - 84 .

Wound in the inner side of the middle finger is not healing. We have tried keeping the wound open and tried powders to keep the wound from worsening. But it's not solving the issue. Any suggestions?

My age is 28 one day after a high tensed day at afternoon i went for dinner with my family outside after dinner i feel like to check my blood pressure and when I checked it it 170/110 , before these my anxiety medicine is started psychiatrist which I stopped before 8 months. I went to hospital they give me a medicine Kavheart 50 and told me to start anxiety medicine again. I have query that should I take that blood pressure medicine lifelong as my age is just 28??

Sir, should a previously vaccinated individual get RIG? I have had an extensive vaccination record. I have taken 5 doses in 2023 june (rabivax) then 6 months after i took two boosters 0 and 3(Rabivax) then i took two boosters in November 2024 intradermally (Govt hospital vaccine) and then in February 2025 i took two boosters intradermally 0.1ml on each side one day as they said i dont need to take injection on both sides so I got 0.1ml on 1 site each day and i got scratched cat 3 was a little deep by a 7 month old kitten who passed away two days after scratching me due to an unspecified ailment. Now i took two boosters of intramuscularly 16 days after. Did i need RIG when the kitten scratched me? Please reply.

Hi Doctor I have found pinworms around anal area creating itching at night. I am breastfeeding mother pf 2 months 15 days baby . Can I take any medicine for this problem . Pla suggest
