Hi I am a mother of 8 months old baby. Recently my baby got cold and recover within 3 days from running and blocked nose by using medicines prescribed by pediatrician. Now 4 th day for her. But yesterday I gold cold with running nose and headache. Today morning onwards body pains also added. Can any body tell me some medicines to recover fast, at the same time pls tell me some instructions to my baby not to catch cold again from me. She is on bottole feeding and eating food also.
