Hello I am 41 year old female unmarried, I was diagnosed with high BP, severe deficiency of vitamin b12, D, high cholesterol, so my doctor started my medicine. Since 3 month I am taking medicine, but still I have pain in my legs calf, knee, and hands elbow, also fatigue, lathargy, I am also going thru medicine of depression. Few of my friends suggested for vitamin b12 needs injections. But my doctor never suggested of injections. So please reply and suggest. Thank you

I have done my regular health checkup in which my iron count is very less it is 29.3 and vitamin d is also 17. Should I start supplement or diet change can only help. I feel due to this only I feel lot of irritation and anger in my daily life. Please suggest

My wife is continuing to have pain just above the chest. She did X-Ray, CT a few months back and found them to be normal. The doctors mentioned about doing physiotherapy and the exercises are simple and it's time consuming and my wife does it few times a month or so and can't find any immediate improvement. What could be the reasons for the pain, if it persists for such a long time? Any home remedies that you recommend and options to further consider here?
