Flu

I'm getting some non blanching red spots under my skin here and there, I have tested my CBC and the reports were normal, platelets were around 3.3 lacs, I'm still not sure why I'm getting these, can somebody pls say if they are petechiae or purpura like things, mostly they occur in my legs. Also I have urticaria, is it something related to urticaria, I'm scared pls help. Attaching the picture

I have received 3 doses of anti rabies vaccine after category 2 exposure. First dose was Rabipur, second was Abhayrab and third was Rabipur again. 1. Is it okay to interchange the vaccine brand as mentioned above? 2. After 12 hours of the third dose which was given in the right upper arm, I am experiencing slight armpit swelling and pain (no lump felt) and soreness on right arm and upper back area. Is this normal and will it go away on its own?

I have started taking 250 mg shatavri tablet for uclers ,I am getting an headache taking shatavri powder 250 mg of himalaya 2 tablerrs , is it Normal ?How Long should one take it to heal ulcers so that it heals uclers and also does not cause any side effect ?

I am 35 yrs old male. Since 2 days i am having pain in right hand index finger (shown) in picture. I am getting pain only when rising up from sitting and while walking. Localised pain but extremely severe throbbing pain. When my body is still and i move No pain on touch. No redness No arthritis . I also take narosyn 500 a sper local doctor advice but of no use. only finger there is no pain What can be the reason ?

I can feel a bump in the right side back of my head and I am experiencing pain while turning or tilting my head towards the right side. What could it possibly be?
