I am experiencing tiredness, sleep issues since few years. I tried exercising, gym but not gaining muscles and make more tired. My testosterone level was 324 ng/dl when I did the last annual checkup. Could that be an issue? Its effecting my work and day to day routine. Have difficulty concentrating while driving etc. Tried prozac, multivitamins etc on prescription but didnt help.

I am having metallic taste from last 4 month, what should I do? I had Chikungunya 6 month back and also had one tooth extraction, i have stopped all medicine 3 weeks back but still the metallic taste is increasing, I sometime feel metallic smell from my mouth even after brushing

My grandmother all of a sudden has high fever since the afternoon, 101°F, she's taking paracetamol. She was fine all this time, but this happened all of a sudden. The fever is now less 96°F. What can be the cause?

My mother is 58 years old. She has hypertension and taking medication (Amlodipine 5mg + Atenolol 50mg) for the same since 14 years. From the past few days her BP is increasing reaching a maximum of 165/110. We visited a General Physician and he just measured the BP and advised us to either increase the dose of Amlodipine to 10mg or take 2.5 mg for 15 days then if no relief then increase to 10mg. It's been 7 days now she's taking additional 2.5mg of Amlodipine and now her BP is in the range of 135-140/80-85. What should we do next? Also she has gum overgrowth and sometimes leg swelling too from a very long time and doctor said it's because of Amlodipine. So, I was wondering can she take S-Amlodipine 2.5mg instead of plain Amlodipine 5mg? She's pre-diabetic with all her blood work normal and no other medications and pre existing illness. Thank You!

I am having pain in the right side of mons pubis. 7 months back I was admitted due to bladder cystitis and since then the moment I put pressure while urninating that area hurts.

I'm 25 years old man. Currently on anti rabies vaccine. I wanted to know that are there any food restrictions during anti rabies vaccine (PEP) regime. I have taken 3 vaccine till now and my last vaccine is due on day 28. So can I eat anything between that. Also can we take antacid like gelusil to ease acidity if I'm on anti rabies vaccine. Is there any interaction between foods like Saunf (fennel seeds) and antacid (gelusil) on anti rabies vaccine?

I'm currently suffering from cough and cold due to which I'm having difficulty in breathing, more precisely i would say I'm having suffocation in breathing and I'm not able to sleep also because of this .. What should I do now

I had sore throat for past 2 days I took meds lorfast am suggested by doctor and now sore throat is much better with no signs of cough .but now I have cold and blocked nose yesterday night.what should I do ? Should I continue with the same cough medicine or switch to common cold meds

I m 30 years old From last 7/8 months my both foot ankles is swelling. No any injury or anything happened. After swelling is no any pain can feel there and some time it swell for 2/3 days and some time is for 1 day only. So want to know why is happening Is there any reason behind that ?
