Before I answer this question I want to mention that a human body is not as precise as a 5th Generation computer.
Day 0 or day 1 make no difference.
The schedule is 0 , 3 or 4 , 7 , 28.

Day 0 is not the day of dog bite ,
It's the Day when you receive 1st dose of ARV & ARS
Within 72hrs of dog bite ARV & ARS should be taken ,
