I have intense leg pain and numbness sometimes in hand and legs and also feels shortness of breath From last 12 days I feel pulse beating everywhere on my body Please suggest what could be the issue The last physician I visited checked my lungs through stethoscope n told everything is ok And told that I have anxiety. Please suggest what could be the problem

I have done ultra sono mammogram , USG , chest x ray , TMT , rcho 2D. Having pain since Oct 2024..which is not localized but around the left side of chest , breast, sometimes neck and shoulder. Doctor diagonised it as costochondritis .I have been taking evion lc , qlino , vit d and shelcal xt. It has reduced a lot from Dec 2024. But not fully gone. My blood reports are normal , but MPV is 15.2 and haemoglobin is 11.7 . Platelet count is more than 200. What can be done in this case.

I had come  from the market & while taking off my cut shoe, with my toes of other leg, I scratched my toes with the heel of the shoe. I didn't see any blood coming out. But when I was applying sanitizer with cotton on my toes to check if they sting, drops of sanitizer (cotton was wet) splashed near my nostrils as I had kept my toes on my lap while applying. Atleast 5 minutes had passed when I was applying the sanitizer on the toes from the time I reached home. Since there were so many dogs on the street as I came and their saliva, urine, all was on the road, can I get rabies as drops of sanitizer from the cotton I used got splashed in my nostrils? Do I need vaccine?

I have some symptoms resembling poor blood circulation since 4-5 months- headaches, tinnitus, poor appetite, chest pains, bluish fingers, coldness, fatigue etc Till now taking cardiologist consultation but he couldnt find anything conclusive in tests- echo, tmt, carotid doppler, renal doppler, xray, cbc, iron studies, ekg done- NORMAL how to find out if symptoms are from poor circulation from other tests, apart from these ? And what is the treatment for this?

Hello doctor , I got diagnosed with low ferritin level  15uh/l earlier as well and with iron infusion and medicine it came back to normal. But this time I got diagnosed with a high TSH 166.00mlU/l . Is there a relation between these ? How we can bring this to normal? Thankyou.

Why I am having low energy and knee joint paining slightly. I am having hyperthyroidism.Tsh level was 13.5 , 6 months before and now 5.8.Taking thyroxine 37.5 mg.My Vitamin D,B12 and haemoglobin levels are normal. I daily run for 10 mins.Let me know what's steps need to be taken?
