Hello Doctor, I was treated for H. pylori-related erosive antral gastritis  with antibiotics and other medicines for about 15 days, followed by a reduced medicine course. It has been 60 days with these medicines.In the last 4 months, I have lost about 10 kg. I am experiencing frequent urination at night — sometimes every 15–20 minutes, sometimes 2–3 hours apart. Please advise possible causes and if I need any tests.

A shrew gave scratch on the neck while i was sleeping. Do I need to take rabies vaccination now... It has been 2 days and the scratch has been healed and I took a tetnus shot only as of now but I am concerned if I need to take the rabies shot as well. It is not confirmed that scratch is from my own nails or the shrew did it but I felt discomfort while sleeping so I woke up and found the shrew on my neck. Please guide me
