Hello Doc, Pain & swelling in tail bone and near area swelling. Pain is a lot. Please suggest treatment.

I had a broken skin due to running and it was extremely small. Then a stray dog nibbled around it and i instantly washed it with handwashing sope. It didn't exactly licked the tear but was playing with me and i felt something wet. After a little while I noticed that there was a tear and it got red due to rubbing and washing. Then i washed it with dettol after an hour or something and I felt little burn while pouring dettol due to the tear. I got vaccinated within 12 hours as soon as the hospital opened. Neither was HRIG available at that govt hospital nor the doctor prescribed it. Tomorrow is my 2nd dose i.e. day 3. So is it fine without HRIG or should I definitely go for it? I have to search for it in all the delhi govt hospitals since it is not available in my state. That dog is exactly around 6-7 months old puppy actually and is living in my street from the day it was born. The puppy and the parents all live there and there are no unusual signs whatsoever. I'm monitoring it closely.

Hi, I see my body is dehydrated which is reflected through my skin and hair health clearly. I am very prone to UTIs in general, somewhere that could be a reason, I'm guessing? But I'm already on medication for PCOS and UTI making decent progress. I drink 2L (approx) water daily, if I drink more than required then my eyes feel heavy and dizzy. Hence, I keep the quantity in check. Alongwith this, coconut water. But still, nothing seems to be helping. Please suggest on how can I ensure that my body gets enough hydration?

Hi Doctors, I am 37 year old male with a weight 89.5 kg and a height of 5 feet 8 inches. I am a beginner to fitness. My question is when I run like even for 1 minute my heart rate reaches 175-180 , although I am not tired or exhausted the smart watch shows high rate and due it I adjust my pace and it goes down to 130-140. My bp is normal, but my h1bac is 7.1. Is this normal, or do I need to take something into consideration. Also, my VO2 max comes in poor category. And any tips to improve on this

Then I did full body checkup and I got the following result: Liver and kidney panel serum uric Acid : 7.60 mg/dl Ast Sgot : 175.2 u/l Alt sgpt : 408. 2 u/l Cgtp: 105 u/l Alp : 130 u/l Lipd, serum: Cholesterol : 215:40 mg/dl Hdl Cholesterol :33.50 mg/dl Ldl cholesterol : 156.5 mg/dl Non-hdl cholesterol : 182 mg/dl Thyroid Profile: fine Hba1c : 5.8 Rbc :25:40 Mch: 30 Mchc: 30 Rdwc: 14.40 Lymphosites: 40. 30.. I went to a General physian in Patna and I told him, I have  gas issue and whole day weakness and after having Potty I feel more weakness  and my weight is 84 kg now then he gave me medicine for 30 days. Evion Lc : 1 capsule per day, albendagole: 1 tablet per week, agythromycin : 1 tab per day, digestogyme : 3 tablet per day and cb 12 injection for alternative day.  I ate medicine 5 days but condition is not improved. Still feeling weakness.
