Hello ,I am 30 years old lady planning for pregnancy..also I am on 10 days dydroease tablet course..yesterday I took my last doze of dydroease tablet..as per that calculation I should have my periods in coming 2 days..but today I made a home pregnancy test and got one very prominent line and another bit less prominent line..also I feel lower abdominal pain along with nausea and dizziness. Kindly let me know If I am pregnant or not.The pic of the pregnancy kit is attached here with.Thank you.

How can we treat this naturally. Doctor gave neurobion forte and folvite for 30 days. Please suggest how to improve.

Hlo dr, I am having blood in my stool two times in a week and earlier only two times in a week blood came out but now I am having pain in my anus whenever I am sitting alot and it's more at night.. I feel face heaviness specially around the eyes from last few weeks.i am having thyroid but I have checked today it is 3.4 and hb1c report is 5.2% and blood sugar fasting  is 96 and previously I have no history of sugar. I am only suffering from hypothyroidism .my eyes feel heavy.
