Having severe throat pain, body pain, fever and head ache. I have taken Dolo 650 every 6 hours since yesterday Combiflam since yesterday night. Yesterday 1 Azithromycin 500 mg. Do i continue or change as cannot see any improvement

My daughter suffering from fever comes on regular basis .I go to the doctor and after medication fever gose down but when she going to school After two day fever comes again and again.Now other symtoms like fatigue,headache, body pain and shivering in the morning are common.
