Which antispasmodic medicine is safe in heart patient. Pt is having CAD and on all medication. [Beta blockers , clopidogrel, rosuvastatin, ranolazine].now pt is having severe abdominal cramps due to stomach flu. With diarrhea. Which medicine safe for abdominal cramps ?

I am currently taking care of a small puppy who has been bitten by two big dogs severely. So, when the Paravet was giving injection he had two other syringe in his hand. I was trying to calm the puppy down but he said that the needle was just about to prick me. I didn't feel anything. The needle is used before. I am suffering from severe anxiety thinking about it. I did not feel anything poke or prick me no cut or bleeding is there. The vet also said it didn't happen. But I'm scared. Also, I have taken 3 rabies plus tetanus shot the third shot on 14th November, 2024. Please help
